The over-sized Hello Kitty graphic medallion is framed in sparkling grey swarovski crystals, set in shining silverstone, suspended from a 14'' grey pearl necklace accented with faceted jet crystals, bows, and a big puffed heart. 14'' long with 4 1/2'' extender.
